God’s Gift for You

Have you received God’s gift of salvation?

Our sin has separated us from God.
Romans 3:10 – “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:”
Romans 3:23 – “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”

The penalty for sin is death.
Romans 5:12 – “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:”
Romans 6:23 – “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Jesus paid the penalty for our sin.
Romans 5:8 – “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

If we repent and confess our sin and put our faith and trust in Jesus Christ as our Savior, we will be saved!
Romans 10:9-10 – “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Romans 10:13 – “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

If it is your desire to make this decision, you can pray by yourself wherever you are using your own words. There is no special formula or perfect prayer – simply pray from your heart to God, and He will save you. If you feel uncertain of the words to pray, here is a prayer of salvation you can use:

Heavenly Father, I know that I have done wrong, I am a sinner, and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son Jesus Christ died for all my past, present, and future sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward.

If you have made the decision to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ today, let us help you continue to grow in your walk with Him.
